Health Inequality
High cost of treatment for the uninsured, esp. from impoverished communities is a barrier to access to healthcare.
Climate Change & Gender Inequality
Climate change and catastrophes put the health of women and girls at risk by restricting access to services and medical treatment.
Logistics

Difficulty planning medical trips since patients in remote areas travel long distances to access medical care.
